The building has an exit to a well-kept garden fenced with a high hedge ensuring privacy and peace.

From our Apartment: the sea is a 10-minute walk away, the bay is 5 minutes away. There are 2 grocery stores nearby, basketball and football pitches, playgrounds for children, it takes about 7 minutes to get to one of the many nearby swimming pools, a cultural stage with regularly organized performances by artists and a cinema is 15 minutes away. It takes 15 minutes to get to the Jurata PKP station.
