Palestine in Three Dimensions: Discover Everyday Life at the Beginning of the 20th Century at the Warsaw Photoplasticon

If you haven't had the opportunity to visit the exhibition "Palestine in 3D" yet, now is the perfect time to do so! Until the end of May, you can travel back in time and discover everyday life in Palestine at the beginning of the 20th century.

The exhibition, located in the Warsaw Photoplasticon at Aleje Jerozolimskie 51, presents unique stereoscopic photographs from over 100 years ago. Imagine the streets of Jerusalem, the picturesque views of Bethlehem or the bustling life of Nazareth – all captured in a technique that gives a spatial effect. The photographs date from 1900–1910 and present a fascinating world at the turn of the first and second Aliyah.

This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the tricultural heritage of the Holy Land, which was co-created by Jewish, Christian and Muslim traditions. An additional advantage is the convergence of this exhibition with the "Roads to Jerusalem" exhibition at the National Museum. Both present Jerusalem as a holy city of great cultures and encourage reflection on its contemporary significance.

Visiting the Fotoplastikon is a great way to learn history in an enjoyable way. Admission is possible from Wednesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00, and on Thursdays you will not pay an additional entry fee! Thanks to the proximity of the National Museum, you can wonderfully plan a day full of culture.

Don't miss this amazing opportunity to travel back in time. The exhibition is still available until May 30, 2025. Check out other fantastic events that Warsaw has to offer. Enjoy your visit!
